“Poor quality and follow up management organization. No soap, towels, and really poor communication”
To be improved

The experience was terrible. 30 Euro unexpected charge to pick up the key from a lock box and come to the office the next day. Pick-up hours are inconveniently set for 5-7 pm. Poor and rude communication. No Wifi, the washing machine did not work, and the promised parking was a hassle with no spots; I had to pay on the street. No soap or towels (extra fee not mentioned). No help from management.
