If you are looking for a cozy place this is NOT what you need. This is a room in a flat where some other people lives (probably working as a courier for food delivery service). Quite cold (in December), radiator is not heated, cold floor, transparent curtains. The host/manager only speaks spanish and became aggressive when you try to explain something in english. I did rent this place only for location and parking mark. But I haven't noticed that parking is not included - need to use a public underground parking nearby for 36 euro per night. As a result for that money I could rent a normal hotel with parking. Make sure you contact a property 2 hours before arrival. Manager needs time to arrive to the location with a key. Be ready for a transparent door to toilet if you would rent as a couple.

“Surprise it is not a hotel!”

The best

It was in walking distance to my work targeted place. The staff supervisoe Carlos was trying to help althought he did not know English , it was good that he used a translation app. It was an interesting exoerience.

To be improved

I learned that it was not a hotel but an apartment which would be shared by other people after I arrived there, I had to wait for about an hour for someone to bring keys. Curtains were not proper. Some of the lamps did not work. Heating was not on, the room was.a little bir cold. Room was not so clean. No room service was available .
