Bordoy Alcudia Bay - Adults Only

Perfect week. 5⭐️ From the location, room, staff, and food. We couldn’t have had a better experience for my birthday, biggest of gracias to Alberto and Ricard! We will definitely be back.

Location of the hotel is good for getting to the old town and the harbour. Clean and modern rooms. Food was very good with lots of choices. Staff were excellent and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for couples

room was nice and clean with bottles of water left every day as well as tea coffee topped up .room was what i booked .no trouble with transfers .the hotel is ideally situated for the town the beach and of course Lidl nearby .first time back to alcudia and has not changed that much .I wanted a adults only allinclusive hotel and got a good price by using website discount and discount code from tui .overall a nice hotel withgood food ,excellant staff ,no real qualms ,might go back next year but a couple of weeks earlier as the hotel had started to wind down for the winter break .food was less choice towards the weekend ,and evening entertainment ended on wednesday night and that was it for the season .I was not really affected by these measures .could have some music or karoake in the end of the week .

Booked last minute and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff were so friendly the interiors were simple fresh and just lovely, breakfast was good, location was perfect for the beach restaurants and the old town. I can’t wait to return again

Being our third year in a row holidaying in Majorca we decided to go North to Alcudia and The Bordoy hotel, it did not disappoint at all, lovely room cleaned everyday during our 7 days, great food and options, good drinks avaliable all day, the staff were so friendly, helpful and a real laugh. The Spa was a welcome surprise which we used everyday! Would return next year for sure!!!

The good, staff are very nice and helpful. The not so good, food, food is primarily aimed at their German clients. Lots of cold meats, cheeses etc. etc. Very little choice for main meals (Dinner/Lunch) Last nights choices were 4 types of fish (yes 4!) or a lamb curry which had bits of meat with fat on and more bones than meat (see photo). Night before there was at least chicken noodle soup, but sat there with no bowls to put it in! had to go get one from the dessert station at the other end of the restaurant. The other problem (apart from the food) is the retaurant isn't very big and can get very busy, they have the habit of putting "reserved" notices on multiple tables making it hard to find somewhere to sit, then for no reason they will remove the signs and put them on different tables!. Last nights alternatives were plain rice, dried out and hard, chips as usual or Spaghetti and sauce, spaghetti was very hard. I'd have to say I've not had a decent lunch or dinner since arriving. Night before I ended up with some undercooked potato bravas and 2 slices off a very dry pork joint, apart from fruit and ice cream that was my entire meal. Breakfast gives the usual options with wet scrambled egg, fried egg, beans, cooked tomato and various "sausages" and the usual continental choices of more cheeses and cold meats. Only 2 cereals on offer, what looks like bran flakes and some small brown stuff about the size of a pea, no idea what it is. Desserts are very limited, the entire dessert table is about 2m square, compared to several other majorca hotels we've stayed at this is very poor. Basically it's ice cream, some poor quality mixed fruit and a few cakes. Room is OK, quite small but adequate, beds are on the harder side but OK. No wardrobes or anywhere to store cases, just have to put them against the wall.
