I was very disappointed that the picture I saw when I was booking this apartment and real life was too different, it was so dirty even the apartment was smelling bad if you left one hour and come back you can’t even tolerate the smell it’s like someone died inside . We couldn’t able to use the sofa because of dirtiness . The staff are not friendly I was trying to reach out 3 days because of the wifi. The curtains were too dusty and the kitchen the materials were not usable ( poor hygiene) . I forgot to take pictures .

Unable to access the apartment and Borrell apartment with no help and are refusing to provide a refund! This was probably the worst service and interactions I’ve ever had when booking a stay. The keys provided did not fit the lock to go into the apartment from the street after calling and messaging the owner we received little to no support to try and help us get into the apartment. We called the emergency number and messaged Borrell apartment but received no call or message back on the day which required us to book other arrangements outside the city. Borrell apartment only messaged back the day after and told us “ just open the door with the key”, as if that would solve the issue. This meant that we did not stay in the apartment for the four days that we booked. To add to the lack of professionalism Burrell apartments are refusing to action a refund even THOUGH WE DIDNT STAY A SINGLE MINUTE AT THE APARTMENT. Please do not stay here, save your money and book anywhere else in Barcelona.
