“Good value for what we paid, not sure if I would return”

Facility was as described and good quality fittings. Location is about 20 min walk from centre of the city, but has a good bus route 100 metres from front door so quite accessible as a base for the city. Bed very comfortable. Easy access to property with Door key lock box and very attentive hosts with any queries. Had iron (but no ironing board) and good quality hairdryer and not water shower (although shower pressure was not that strong). Dolce gusto coffee machine, kettle, air fryer and 2 ring hob and kitchen well equipped. Good size TV and easy access to satellite channels for viewing on return in the evening from the city. Couch was comfortable both for sitting and as a bed settee. Fit out was mostly from IKEA. Good WIFI and easy access to same

Ground floor toilet door has warped due to water damage and wont close so no privacy and not really acceptable as a toilet opening onto living space and kitchen area with no door close option. Kitchen had no cups/mugs apart from Expresso cups so I had to go out and purchase 2 mugs! Musty smell in living space may be due to the water damage that affected the bathroom door, but it needs more ventilation. Roof terrace had canopy taken down and left in precarious location on the ground with rough edge steel jutting out and not safe. Dead fake and sun bleached plants on roof terrace serviced no purpose and only detracted from the space, would recommend they are removed or replaced. Bud while comfy did not allow you sit up in the ned to read book or watch TV as overhead cabinets above the bed were positioned to low. Lots of late night noise from nearby neighbourhoods about 1am and 2 nights at 4pm (Not sure where it was coming from), but definitely not recommended for light sleepers or those not wishing for disrupted sleep. Steep circular stairs between ground and first floor, that takes a little getting used to, but if fine if you take it slowly.

The best

Everything in the apartment is new, good repair, new appliances. We rested in cleanliness and comfort. Quality service. Quick response to requests. Ideal for two. The location is almost in the center. Close to city attractions. Free parking is not difficult to find.

To be improved

The apartments are located close to the roadway. The ground floor is very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. There is almost no noise on the second floor. There is no dishwasher, but we managed without it. Otherwise everything was just great!
