The best

It is quite central so there is a walking distance to the ciary centre and all the attractions. The bus and metro stations are also nearby. There are quite a few grocery shops like Consum nearby as well. The travelling time to the beach is to long tough.

To be improved

The customer service is just very bad. Not customer oriented at all. We stayed with them for almost two weeks and in the beginning they have placed us in the ground floor apartment without windows. Only after our intervention they have offered other options. There are cockroaches in the room as well. The facilities have not been cleaned even once within the two weeks period. Also there is no chance to leave your bags there if you come early or have a late flight back home. I do not recommend this place. There are certain better, more comfortable and customer friendly options in the city available.

“Good place for a night or two”

Great location, close to the metro and the central market.

To be improved

Average place, not exactly clean, the sofa bed was uncomfortable. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, big ones. At the moment, a huge building is under construction close by, so there is noise early in the morning.

The property was in a perfect location, and was very clean

Very poor communication with host, gave me instructions twice for the same room (I booked two rooms) and didn’t know how to get in the second room, and even received a passive aggressive message regarding having all the instructions (which I didn’t!). shower didn’t have a shower screen, not very well equipped house, we arrived and the air con wasn’t working and they were in no rush to come fix it despite the hot weather and me informing I’m 7 months pregnant, and to top it off, I paid the full price before my stay and now I’m being told that the property said I’ve not paid, when I have receipts.
