The apartment was very well equipped and clean, location was fabulous.

To be improved

The mattress protector and the undersheets did not fit the bed, which resulted in constant shifting during our sleep. We eventually had to remove the mattress protector to get a good nights sleep.

Liked the apartment, sunny balcony a bonus. Bed super comfy. As we had a long stay, washing machine very handy. Position was good, supermarket across the road. Middle of town, lots of restaurants and bars and two minutes to the sea front. Wi-fi was good

To be improved

Few more instructions on entering the building, where the rubbish was taken, how to use the washing machine, no English channels on TV, just one would have been good. Not apartments problem, but noise from neighbours. Coming in 4.30 am, slamming doors, playing music, just no respect for others staying in the block, some with young children. Noise from the street, late night drunks.

Perfect central location, beach across the road, comfortable and spotless. Also, washing machine was good to have.

To be improved

The entrance hall to the building had approx 17 steps, so not for anyone with mobility issues. It was also a bit dirty and had a leak in the roof

When arrived the premises it was dark street not well light making it difficult to see the the correct lock box among the other lock boxes When we got the lock box open we went to open the hall door There was no place for key on the door So I had to ring Best holidays They couldn’t understand why we couldn’t get in So agent she would have to ring her boss Eventually they found out that there was a fob on the key ring that you had to put to a keypad beside the door Imagine our shock when wee opened the the to find a flight of 21 steps facing us with two suitcases to haul up There was a a terrible smell on the. Stairs from the day we arrived to the day we left We noticed somebody appeared to have put a few air fresheners around The was also a leak in the ceiling at the top of the stairs which no one seemed to do anything about Also there was no chart to say what to do in event of a fire I think Spanish regulations state this compulsory in any rented accommodation Another prot was having to leave the apartment a 10 Am with no where to leave the luggage until pickup The two representatives for Best Holidays were as helpful as they could be letting us leave our luggage in their office Also they are not responsible for the apartment

They should have able to facilitate my request for two single beds everything to do with the apartment It was like an Air B B only worst This was the worst accommodation I have ever booked through your portal and I hav being using site for a number of years
