“Central place to stay in San Sebastian.”

The best

Location on the edge of the Old Town was good - easy to walk to La Concha and to Zurriola, about 5-10 mins either way. Building was very solid and no noise from other apartments. Well equipped kitchen and great to have both a washing machine and dryer. The bedroom was very comfortable.

To be improved

There was no bedding provided for the sofa bed when we arrived and the response times to our query about this were several hours which was frustrating on the first night. Also there was no hand soap in the dispenser. Other than that, all was good.

Large, comfortable and in a great location to explore San Sebastián. Everything you need to either self cater or go out to enjoy all the wonderful eateries in the area. Super comfy bed and great shower. Would definitely recommend.

“Incredibly well located apartment, very close the Old Town. Could do with more pots/pans/washing items being pro”

The best

Excellent location. Comfortable and bright apartment. Locking mechanisms for the doors we found good, once we had worked out how to operate them ourselves (as there were no instructions)

To be improved

Lack of any notes or information on how we should check out of the property, where to put rubbish and general lack of utensils for the kitchen

Super automated. Very Art-sy. Great Location for everything. Modern and functional. Everything nearby walking distance. Also, very modern. Host was very flexible to work with us for our timeline for checkout.

“This was a good stay but the property itself fell short on expectation from listing.”

Great location for site seeing and proximity to old town/shopping. Property amenities had everything we needed. Secure building felt safe.

To be improved

The building was under renovation and there was no disclosure for this. Location was great but we did not realize how busy of a street this was located on. We could not enjoy the patio because of this and it was very loud with road construction too. Photos and listing suggested a larger and more luxurious apartment/building (like a hotel).
