Very centrally located. Great access to old town and Gros. A few feet away from a city bike rental if that’s a way you want to get around, which we did, and it was so convenient! Staff were very friendly, room was perfectly clean.

To be improved

My only real complaint was that the bed came with four totally flat pillows. I asked for extra pillows and they did not have any. It was an otherwise comfortable bed, but when I go to a hotel, I always ask for extra pillows and typically am able to get them no problem so having flat unsupportive pillows was the only ding. Otherwise great stay

Clean, spacious room with very nice bathroom. Quiet, but centrally located. Free amenities in mini bar.

To be improved

Lack of cooperation with Correos luggage transfer. We did not expect an issue with this because the hotel was listed as cooperating with Correos. We were forced to transport our luggage to the local Correos office which delayed our Camino departure and added over a mile to our walk for the day.
