Everything was great, lovely clean apartment in a great location, staff and facilities all brilliant. Price was really good, especially for all you get. Great communication with the owner who was quick to answer and questions i had. Thank you, we had a really lovely stay and willl definitely be booking here again.

We were checked in smoothly by a really friendly man on reception, he was informative and pleasant. The room was bright, modern and exceptionally clean. The pool is heated, lovely and warm and always space around the pool with a quiet relaxed atmosphere. The poolside bar/restaurant is fabulous, wonderful staff, wonderful food and reasonable prices.

The apartment is a long way from the Reception and is at the front of the Castle Harbour Hotel, it overlooks the road which is noisy during the day because of the traffic, its difficult to have a relaxed conversation over the noise. The balcony doesn't get any sun at all and quite cold, it was extremely disappointing and unpleasant to sit out there. It was useful for drying clothes but due to no sun they took awhile to dry. The walk into Los Cristianos takes 30 minutes on the way there and 40 minutes on the way back because its uphill and its a steep hill approaching the hotel and very difficult in the heat. The kitchen has a 2 ring hob and an oven but the kitchen was lacking in essentials eg bread board/cutting boards/serving bowls and a lack of space to prepare food making it difficult to properly make a meal. The sunbeds and parasols are NOT free. This is the first hotel/apartment I have ever stayed in where you have to pay to lie on a sunbed around the pool. I payed €10 for 1 week for a bed and the parasol is extra, and although the pool is open until 8pm the sunbed attendant takes your bed at 6pm promptly leaving guests sitting on the floor on their towels. Some Reception staff were unwelcoming. I wouldn't return.

Really lovely, spacious room. Exceptionally clean and well equipped and maintained. One bottle of water and also ice left in fridge and basics, oil, salt, cleaning stuffs etc left in cupboard. Patio area with sunset views also very welcome. Bed is comfortable. Extra pillows, towels and blankets available. Above average facilities with huge fridge freezer. Hob, oven, microwave, kettle, sandwich toaster and microwave all working and in excellent condition. Washing machine in bathroom also works well. 24 hour reception desk a huge bonus. Staff warm, friendly and helpful. Swimming pool ready lovely. Pool bar friendly and very reasonably priced. Bar snacks tasty. Filtered water available to top up own bottles in pool area. Filtered water. Doesn’t give change but very cheap. About 30 cents for 1 1/2 litres. €1 for 5litre bottle. Free WiFi in room with code provided with good speeds. Room very secure. Lots of buses within three minute walk and fifteen minute walk to local bus station with access to buses all over the island. 24 hour supermarket three minute walk from apartment and is very well equipped for basic essentials.

It’s a bit of an uphill trek back from the beach at Los Cristianos but this really does feel like a high class problem. The bus back from Los Cristianos stops three minutes away.
