Rude staff. Miserable conditions. The apartment is not as in the pictures, it is very ugly and dirty: dust, broken glasses, a dirty sofa, an unmade bed, there was hair from the last people in the bathroom, dirty and scribbled walls, there was mold and limestone in the bathroom, and it was horrible to take a shower, mess in the freezer with 10 cm ice , stains and marks in the kitchen , footprints in the bathroom and many other inconveniences. I have pictures of everything. In addition to the fact that you pay so much money for accommodation, they will also ask you for a 300€ deposit so as not to ruin anything, I don't know what to ruin because it is already mostly ruined. And besides that, I received the money after a month, in which I asked them ,almost daily, to return my money and I received it only with the help of the Booking customer services. I have been in many countries and many apartments/hotels ,but this was the most ugly and dirty. We didn’t even expect something like this .
“Convenient location and not much else”
Location was okay for what was required
Front door lock didn’t work until I changed the batteries, the toilet didn’t flush and it was over 12 hours until it was fixed. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned and air conditioning was totally inadequate

The air conditioner not working. Nightmare interaction with the owner (we kept hearing that a technician was going to come to repair AC until we left). I read reviews after my stay it seems I am not the only one who suffered from this. For the parking, it is a system with a lift so If you don’t have a very small car do not take the 20 euros per day underground option. The guest asked about my car size, I said, I have an SUV and they charged us 40 euros knowing that the lift is not appropriate for a medium car size. When I asked for a refund they refused. Best of the best, two months after my stay the refund of 300 euros deposit is not done yet, with the owners refusing to answer calls and WhatsApp.
