Loved the location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Also, the layout of the apartment was excellent . Great air-conditioning 👍. Really great bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

Amazing view in an excellent location

Everything, this is a lovely apartment in a fabulous location.

We stayed 10 days from 1 to 10 April 2025. Location was fantastic. Apartment was 3rd floor above a bar, overlooking the sea/small beach. Bar closed about 9pm and talking/music was really low and never bothered us. Access keys were provided via a keybox about 100 metres from the apartment. Apartment was gorgeous, really modern. Huge patio doors with external blinds to keep the room cool. Balcony was huge with 4 chairs and table, plus 2 sun loungers. Towels and shampoo were provided. Bed was heaven. Agent also provided us with details on how to get to Altea by tram/bus, and places to eat. Euro2.50 return on the tram! Euro1.60 return on the bus! Cons: Very narrow steps leading up, no lift. No safe. Patio door lock was broken - however the agent came the next day and provided us with an extra key to a ‘metal cage’ door on the second floor. Our other keys were the main door entrance and a key to a wooden door leading to our balcony. So being able to lock the 2nd floor door made us feel safer. The agent did contact us a week later for the lock repairman to come but with only a day left of our holiday we said we were ok to leave til we left. Some of the blinds slats were missing - apparently a storm earlier in the year had dislodged them. We did point out to the agent as we didn’t want him to think it was us, and he said they were due to be repaired. Despite the Cons, we loved the apartment and would definitely stay again.
