The best

The location was amazing. Right by the sea and so peaceful and calm. Sleeping with the doors open at night listening to the sea. Lovely staff and just an amzing calm experience. Would highly recommend.

The view and the facilities are special and money worth, everything looks well maintained and w'll designed

The staff and the services provided are definitely the worst part of the stay. The staff is highly unprepared to serve in such a high quality hotel (except from the lady serving drinks during breakfast) and the restaurant service is high priced/low quality food

The best

We loved our stay at this wonderful hotel so much. The room view is stunning, the room was so special and clean and spacious. the staff is so lovely and helpful. We were greeted every morning by Yurena, who made the best cappuccino magico = CM, she is just the best person on earth. And Elaine prepared a delicious breakfast for us every morning, with great care for special wishes. We really could not be happier with our stay and we will be back again!

“One of the best in Tenerife. Unique.”
The best

Unique romantic tastefully designed hotel on a very beautiful coastline. We've got an upgrade with a great view from the balcony. The room was beautiful and functional. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great restaurant/bar downstairs with a relaxed seaside vibe, exceptionally delicious cocktails, good selection of wines and very delicious elevated dishes. The hotel has a beautifully designed pool with a real infinity pool. Several natural pools, restaurants and tourist attractions within good proximity of the hotel. I would highly recommend it for couples.

To be improved

The water pressure wasn't the best, but it seems like a common problem in Tenerife. The smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but some people were smoking on the balconies and in the bar, so the smoke reached our room anyway.
