“A good stay but certain things could be better.”

The location is great - right in the old center of Las Palmas (Vegueta). The room looks pretty and there’s a smart TV that you can use to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime.

To be improved

The sink was clogged when we came. The room was also full of mosquitos. We only stayed in Las Palmas for two days (went to Maspalomas after this), and during this time I saw at least 15 mosquitos. The window does not open to the outside so im not sure how they got there.

“Location is good in the city centre of Las Palmas. We liked the breakfast and the pool. Unfortunately we had bad weather and the water was really cold, so we did not get into the pool. · Cons: This place needs TLC, therefor price quality level is not ok. On the rooftop all tiles are loose and the bar area looks kind of messy all the time with a lot of boxes and storage stuff. Also the paintwork in the rooms needs some attention.”

Location is good in the city centre of Las Palmas. We liked the breakfast and the pool. Unfortunately we had bad weather and the water was really cold, so we did not get into the pool.

To be improved

This place needs TLC, therefor price quality level is not ok. On the rooftop all tiles are loose and the bar area looks kind of messy all the time with a lot of boxes and storage stuff. Also the paintwork in the rooms needs some attention.

“Good sized room with very comfy bed and excellent bathroom with large shower. In an excellent location for lots of eateries. Take the bus to Playa de Las Canteras and eat lunch at the Mercado del Puerto indoor food market (an absolute must). Alex the receptionist is an absolute star. If I was rating the hotel on him alone it would be 11/10! He is very friendly and helpful with great local knowledge of restaurants and cheapest way to park. · Cons: Room décor was quite dark. Most of the pictures on the website are cleverly taken. The indoors is fine but not as light and airy as it looks . The roof top pictures are very flattering. The small pool is not just surrounded by nice loungers, but the space is much more crowded with tables and chairs. The comfier low chairs and tables had reserved signs on even though there were hardly any people around and we were asked to move from them! Advice to management: Ask Alex what good customer service looks like.”

The best

This hotel was in a perfect location and very friendly and helpful staff. It also had a lovely roof terrace with a bar. The location was perfect in the old town of Las Palmas.

To be improved

The latest lighting in the room was a bit dark and also the wardrobe space and hangers was sparse.
