“Perfect! We liked Everything!”

Everything! The plaza was very pretty. The location amazing and very convienient for the restaurants etc. The stuff was so nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and the beds very comfortable!

“Beautiful, sophisticated hotel - a hidden gem!”

The best

This was tastefully decorated and the staff were so polite and attentive. The beds were really comfortable and I slept well. I also liked the location of the hotel and a pretty square and it had a charming roof garden. I will come back!

Nothing really! Just needed ambient music in the breakfast room…

“A happy stay”

The best

It's a historic charming hotel with modern amenities. It's located in the old town Santa Ana Plaza and its roof top has a fantastic view of the Cathedral. Special thanks to Abigal at the reception who gave good tips and always helpful and patient. Several historic museums nearby. For the beachgoers, one can take the bus #12 to the Playa de Canteras with 6 mins walk from the hotel. We also enjoyed dining in the recommended restaurants nearby with excellent food. One time we bought jamon, cheese and wine from the Mercado de Vegueta and did our little "picnic" up at the rooftop for lunch. All in all, we are glad we picked this hotel.

To be improved

Constructive feedback - customer support via Booking messenger was eventually helpful as I tried to get more info with a partner with limited mobility. Only advice would be to provide it without referring us to reach out to the reception for more info. It's part of the pre-arrival info sharing and it's not easy to make long distance call to ask more specifics.

“We loved historic location and elegant accommodation”

Hotel is situated directly on the Plaza de Santa Ana, right in the heart of the historic Vegueta district. Our room had a view of the Santa Ana Cathedral, which can also be viewd from roof top. It's really nice zo have a drink, relax and view zhe sunset over las Palmas. Hotel is situated in a restored 19th-century mansion and offers a nice blending of classic charm and contemporary design. We loved elegant decor, high ceilings, and well-equipped rooms.

To be improved

There are only two minor things we didn't like. The breakfast room is rather small, so you will have to pre-arrange the hour of your breakfast. And there was a funny smell in our room.
