“Very toxic personal.”
The best

I stayed at this hotel for four days. The location of the hotel is good, not far from the sea, with a fairly new and beautiful design, and nice rooms. However, unfortunately, the staff working there, especially the manager Ekaterina, are not just unprofessional, but should not be working in the hospitality industry at all. When I checked in, I had booked and paid for a twin room, but they gave me a room with one large bed. The room was nice and beautiful, but having to share one bed with a person I didn’t know was unacceptable for four days. I went downstairs and asked for another room. The next room they gave me was for people with disabilities. Yes, it had two separate beds, but the wardrobe had no shelves at all, just a few hangers, and nothing else. For two women staying four days, not having any space to put clothes was unacceptable. In addition, at the entrance to the bathroom there was simply empty space, the sink was extremely small — so small that you couldn’t even place a toothbrush on it. There was no cabinet, no shelf, no surface at all to put cosmetics, a hairdryer, or anything else. I went back down again, very calmly and politely asked if they could find me another room with at least some possibility to store clothes and a normal bathroom. They told me there were no other rooms. After some time, a young man named Cristian tried to help and offered me another room. He told me they would give me a separate room and handed me the key card. At no point did he mention that this room would cost extra or that I would have to pay anything additional. I was not given a choice. I simply received the key card, saw the room, was very pleased, thanked Cristian, and even promised to leave a good review. But unfortunately, I cannot do that. At check-out, I was met by the manager Ekaterina, who completely lost control of herself. She yelled at me, insulted me, shouted that she would call the police, and demanded that I pay €700. I tried to explain that when Cristian offered me the room, he never once mentioned that it would cost extra, and I was never given the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to pay for an upgrade. I was simply confronted with the demand at check-out. The argument went on for about an hour. I realized that Ekaterina was completely unprofessional, unable to control herself or her emotions, and completely incapable of managing her responsibilities. She even made threats, saying she would call the police. I had no choice but to pay. What’s more, Ekaterina made personal attacks — somehow she knew that I am a psychologist, even though I had never mentioned this to her. I was meeting her for the first time, so I have no idea how she got this information. She threatened to spread rumors along the coast that I am a “bad psychologist,” which I find absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable for anyone working in a reputable hotel, especially for a manager. In all the other hotels where I have stayed, if something was wrong with the room and there was a paid upgrade available, the staff always told me in advance how much it would cost and why the new room was better. In other cases, I was moved to another room free of charge. Therefore, if you are considering this hotel, I strongly recommend that you carefully read everything you sign, ask the staff to confirm all details in writing, and double-check any changes to your room to avoid such a disappointing experience. I also noticed that the staff does not replenish the complimentary bottled water that should be included in the room price. Instead, when you go to reception and ask for water, they give you paid bottles and add the charges to your account. The whole team seems to be trained to extract as much money from guests as possible. ❌ I categorically do not recommend this hotel.

“Beautiful hotel”
The best

Beautiful hotel, very well presented and clean. Location was great and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Bar staff were amazing, so friendly (Axa was amazing!) pool area is stunning and so quiet (rooftop) and a real suntrap. Parking is available underneath the hotel and was easy to arrange by reception staff - cheap too.
