The service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. One young woman who seemed a bit clueless and told me she was feeling sick! No energy, no welcome, no tour of the hotel or guide around the room. When I asked for help with our luggage she said that it was just her so nobody could help. Forgot to tell us there was a lift then just watched as we hauled 6 suitcases up two steep flights of stairs. Taxis that didn’t arrive after an hour…

“The view is amazing, the swimming pool with the sunset, so many terraces where to sit, the staff super friendly...almost perfect · Cons: I find the breakfast pretty expensive for a standard buffet with no fresh juice or fruits in summer time, and you can't have dinner there. But they have a very good selection of wines and other drinks to enjoy your evenings”

“No parking. Bad wifi. Not somewhere I would recommend”

The rooms are nice. Decor is nice.

To be improved

There is NO wifi. It does not work. Additionally they have no parking and the system is absurd. They have you park in a parking lot 10 minutes from the hotel. That parking lot is not even in the old town. They pay for your taxis 2 times a day to the hotel, but only from the car parking lot. It’s not practical and so we decided to return our car rental after the first day. They did not allow us to cancel the “parking lot fee of 90 euros” and had to pay it anyway.

“Very nice boutique hotel on a hill overlooking the city. Great views, nice amenities & great staff”

The best

Great selection of foods at breakfast. Great views from the Ulia hill overlooking the whole city and a part of the coast. Very helpful and accommodating staff. It's a bit of a walk from the city center (but manageable in about 30-40 mins or so) and it's a nice stroll as long as you're going down, coming back uphill is a different situation, I would recommend a taxi on your way back for sure.

“Design, atmosphere, pool, view, breakfast · Cons: Stuff didn't speak english well, at least it didn't seem to me. Breakfast started at 9.00, we would appreciate a bit sooner. These are however very minor things, overal stay was awesome and we loved it.”

“Design boutique hotel, great views and perfect pool”

The best

Very lovely design boutique hotel overlooking the city of San Sebastian. Excellent pool with view. Many great classic design furniture pieces - somebody with great taste put all this together. Personal service and delicious breakfast.

To be improved

Nothing … parking situation is difficult. Some distance to the city (we came by car). If you book it, be aware of the exact location.
