⚠️‼️READ CAREFULLY, 35+ ACCOMMODATION WITH A LOT OF DEMANDS We booked this stay for one night only but did not read well (our fault, normally we do but we booked in the car and were tired) So we are not above 35 and the whole stay was canceled by them, shortly after we booked. So we called them and explained to them that it was our mistake and we should have read better. But since they canceled on us we asked if they could cancel the booking in booking.com since we could not stay there. While calling they were really rude and HUNG UP ON US. So we called the booking.com helpdesk and they were really helpful and ensured we got our deposit back. However since the owners of this property canceled by text and not via booking.com we lost all the money we payed for our stay and did not get it back!! (We dont know if it went to booking.com or the owners but we felt scammed, since we had never heard of a 35+ accommodation before.) Overall a really bad experience, they had a lot of things to ask and were not helpful. We lost our money and could not stay here since they canceled our stay. Conclusion: LOST MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY
