Good location and decor.

Found headboard feature to be a bit dusty. Which we cleaned down - not ideal for allergies. Other than that was generally clean. We had a small balcony which was a sun-trap. Would recommend and stay again 😁

“Relaxing holidays in playa San Juan”
The best

We liked the location is next to San Juan beach easy to go by foot. In a good area full of restaurants and bars but still a quite street. Is not near Alicante center but easy to arrive with a taxi or the tram. The staff was super friendly and nice to us, instructions were very clear and room was nice, modern and clean. Airco was working perfectly !

Bed was very uncomfortable, after 2 nights I had my back and neck hurt and also the bathroom even though was very nice didn’t really drained the water in the shower so all the water was leaving the shower and creating a bit of a mess. It was very uncomfortable and we thought it was because of the beach sand but the first day was the same and we didn’t go to the beach. Hope they can fix it !

“Great location - 5 minutes walking to the beach, shop, restaurants and bars. Room has air conditioning which is a must have in the summer. Easy connection to the city center by bus or tram. The staff was very helpful. Easy late check-in. I definitely recommend for a holiday stay.”

“Close to everything you need”
The best

Great location, very convenient and walking distance to amenities, restaurants, shops, beach, etc. Despite the proximity to everything it was quiet. Easy arrival with code system. Nice balcony and nice interiors in general.

The room was small but fine for one night.
