Host was very helpful by helping carry the luggage to the first floor apartment and providing a gift pack. The new apartment has a washer dryer and several detergent sacs. The ironing board is full size, not the table mounted type. Parking is mainly the free white lots but they are sought after by the residents in the many high rise apartment buildings in the neighbourhood. So that may mean having to drive around the streets looking for one. External shutters for the bedrooms windows, none for the living room and kitchen.

The location is in the quite residential area just 5 min from the metrostation and with good infrastructure: mercadona, cafes, xurrerias. The apartment is brand new with all amenities needed for a family. Thank you for the compliment from the owner.

I really enjoyed everything! The apartment feels like a hotel but with the advantages of staying in your own place. Everything was clean and brand new, making it a pleasure to stay there! And the most important thing for me, as someone who tends to be anxious:) is the complete safety: there are bars on the windows, secure doors, and a great neighborhood. We've already planned to come back with a big group of friends during our next vacation because everything about this stay was perfect!

A magnificent apartment, perfectly clean and everything is new. It was very convenient for a large family with children to stay there, and we were very comfortably accommodated. The beds are super comfortable, and the host is very polite, showed and explained everything. Kids had everything they need, bed, high chairs etc.

I honestly did not find anything wrong with it! The host told me it’s a new apartment and you could see that! Everything is brand new, unused, very clean, comfortable bedding, a lot of space! I was with friends and it was great! Also, what is important in Spain, is that the surrounding area had a great vibe! Tapas bars, restaurants, things to do! I rarely give reviews, but I just had such a pleasant stay and will be staying here again in October!
