“Great hotel, food and views 🌞”
Great time at BQ Belvedere with the family. Modern and well maintained and cleaned rooms and amenities. The staff were great across all areas of the hotel. We went half board and the food for breakfast and dinner was brilliant- something for us all and extremely varied across the time of our stay. The free bus to palmanova was great and the frequency was brilliant. Pool area extremely well kept, plenty of beds and really pretty views across the hills in the back ground. A few things to further improve, evening entertainment was OK (music quiz was the most fun and the magician was good also) and the kids disco had the same songs every night.. the lifts were also quite temperamental so could do with being looked at. All in all, a wonderful stay. ✨️ we would definitively recommend.

We spent the Easter weekend at this hotel on an all inclusive package booked via Jet2. We had a really good experience. Check in was super welcoming and friendly. All staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel was clean and well kept and we were happy with our room - a little on the small side but clean, modern and comfortable. A super view from the ninth floor was a bonus. The bathroom had a good shower. The area the hotel was in was a little run down in places but we knew this from our research - we wanted to be in easy reach of Palma - the bus right outside the hotel took us into Palma for 2 euros and ran frequently even over the bank holiday. The all inclusive food was very good - the only slight issue was no labelling for allergens or sensitivities. Also no obviously available alternative milks and most dessert contained cream. I assume if I’d asked they could have sorted this but I think they could cater for gluten free and lactose sensitive customers better. Otherwise a really good few days here, we would return.
“Excellent stay, clean hotel with wonderful staff.”
Booked a last minute 4 night stay. On turning up at 22.30 we enquired if there was anywhere to eat. Immediately the reception staff took our suitcases and told us to go to the restaurant quickly as they had snacks on till 11. The reception staff were wonderful, helpful and polite. Explained where everything was within the hotel. We were all inclusive, drinks were lovely and the food was too. Every member of staff that we met were lovely. We took the shuttle bus from the hotel (which was free) into Palma Nova for a few hours. Nice touch by the hotel. Taxis were plentiful too and from the hotel. Pool was cold, however the weather was lovely ...plenty of sunbeds. A relaxed hotel.

My daughter and I stayed in this Hotel for a week recently. The staff were very nice, food lovely, bedroom comfortable and the Hotel was very clean. I will definitely return.
“Horrible customer service”
The hotel is big and can accommodate thousands , so if you like the crowd. While I am visiting the hotel is quite empty. Running on probably 20% occupancy. There are too many rules and restrictions. I have not seen one example of a good customer service. The left over from dinner is served back in breakfast. We are smokers. I requested if I can take my morning coffee to smoking area and they blatantly said No even if I assured I will bring back the cup. I spoke to two managers and they said sorry the rule is the rule. In all it feels like visiting a grumpy aunts house that no kid wants to goto. Really bad bad customer service and communication. There’s no hot water kettle in the room. To make anything. My partner had tummy pain from dinner and I couldn’t make him tea or bring him tea or bring him any fruits to eat. Never staying here again. I work for Marriott from a long time. Our guests having a nice stay is most important to us. I think of you want something cheap because this hotel wasn’t pricey in first week April , but good food good service - go somewhere else.
“Fabulous hotel with very tasty food”
Fabulous hotel with very comfortable bed and delicious food. Beach bar also very good for lunchtime snacks food. Pool is a good size and so never crowded.
