Struggled to get taxi from hotel. The food from pool bar is tasteless and basic.

Went to reception and asked to be cleaned next day but it kept almost the same as they didn't use de vacuum cleaner and floor cleaner, just the broom. That's a shame. We had food restrictions, informed 3 months before, and only at day 3 the buffet was more complete. Simple things.”

We had food restrictions, informed 3 months before, and only at day 3 the buffet was more complete. Simple things.

The property was clean, close to the beach, entertainment in the evening was okay but we was out mostly

To be improved

Having travelled quite a bit I was quite shocked to realise the hotel were charging extra for a kettle, a fan and an ironing board. Also charging for towels on a daily basis. I just don’t think this is standard for a 4 star hotel and should be reviewed. The rooms I found quite small but this wasn’t an issue as we were out mostly.

Good selection of food, polite and friendly staff, close to the beach, bicycle storage provided.

The beds and pillows are not very comfortable but you do get used to them as the week progresses.
