Brand New apartment

A very clean, modern apartment in a great location. Close to amenities and the beach and marina. We had a very comfortable stay and our host Fatima was very welcoming and helpful, from initial booking right through to helping us find a restaurant for our anniversary meal. We had to stay in the apartment on our last day due to heat stroke, and enjoyed Netflix on the side screen tv. Would recommend and stay here again.

The apartment was superb in all ways. Spotlessly clean, all equipment in the apartment was there, like being at home and great central location. Most of all Fatima and Philip were very welcoming, we were made to feel more like friends than guests.

This was our first stay at the apartment.Met on arrival by Fatima and Phil.We were made very welcome from the start by this fantastic couple.The place was spotless,facilities were great.Very Modern throughout,which we like.TV has streaming apps etc. YouTube is a big favourite of ours.Well equipped kitchen with Fully functional oven,Air Fryer,Dishwasher,Washer/Dryer. Hair Dryer in the bathroom,with diffuser,Big Hit with the missus.Although this was not our first visit to Benalmadena,our hosts were very knowledgible of the local area.Air con in the summer was fantastic to have.Already booked to go again for Christmas.

I have stayed here a few times now and it is always a great experience from start to finish. The host is lovely to deal with and everything is provided for. Everything is new and clean. The location is great and you can't go wrong booking this place. Thank you again. I will return soon. 5 Stars.
