Brand New Downtown Apartment

Firstly, picking up the key from a different location was very inconvenient, also the entrance hall has a terrible smell. No sign for the apartment itself, kept us wandering around almost half an hour which was extremely exhausting.

Check in to the apartment was a huge challenge. If I knew this beforehand I would never have booked it. After checking in I received several separate pdfs with instructions and several different links to the information regarding accommodation which at the end was very confusing. Worst of all you have to pick up the key at the location several kms away from the apartment. Some of the rules are quite ridiculous, like you are fined for staining the sheets - as they wouldn’t wash them after every new occupant.

The check-in process was very complicated and tedious. The hosts provided a whole set of documents that would describe the process and how to get into the apartment. Had to pick up keys in another part of the city with all my luggage on me. At first I wasn't able to access the documents that hold the secret needed to get the keys from the key box. Then the smart lock at the apartment would not open. The check-in took a long time and I felt very frustrated when I was finally able to access the apartment.
