“Nice apartment but poor managing agent”
The best

Nice modern comfortable apartment. Great sea view.

To be improved

Check in and check out procedures were poor and didn't work properly. No personal touch and very poor customer service. The air conditioning didn't work for a few days. Difficult contacting the managing agent and impossible if you wanted them out of office hours. Lack of information on how the flat, appliances, lighting etc. worked.
