There is everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, super good fridge, very comfy beds. The beach is at ground floor. Super. We were working from home: WiFi perfect. We will be back.

It is not all new, the sofa is definitely a bit old. Price a bit expensive. But overall this place is very good

“Nice place, some changes needed”
The best

The view is amazing - a panoramic view of the ocean from large windows. Location very close to the beach, with a good grocery store in the building. Good coffee pods machine. Glass walls in bedrooms makes the apartment feel roomy and bright. Comfortable beds. We asked for extra towels, and these were quickly provided.

To be improved

The apartment is advertised as ”brand new”, but this is not quite accurate. The walls need a coat of paint, and the condition of the sofa is unacceptable (needs to be exchanged, as do place mats and some of the cutlery). Otherwise the apartment is in good condition and quite nice. The owner includes several photos in the ad about a pool area that is not available to guests - the pool belongs to a private beach club, where you have to pay € 50 per person to spend time. I find this quite misleading and false advertising, even if the host does not explicitly write that there IS a pool. But why post photos of something that is not part of the property you book?
