The best

Lovely clean bright comfortable apartment with every facility. It's very central and we felt safe in the building. Although there is aircon, and it appears to work as the fan comes on the air is not cool so it doesn't bring down the temperature.

To be improved

The keys were in a lock box at an office at different location to the property. The office It was in a pedestrianised area so when we arrived in Girona late at night in a taxi the situation was tricky. This was not explained to us beforehand. Also the amount of information for the self check in is excessive. We were ready to check out at 11.00am and request to leave one case there until 12.30pm and met with a firm no. I explained it would help us a lot but again no and there was no facility in the building to hold the case for 90 minutes.

Location and amenities are great. Couldn’t ask for better. Air con a little tricky to work but once sorted all good.

To be improved

Try and avoid having the windows open and use air con if it’s warm at night due to nightclub noise.

A/c control didn’t work properly and host wasn’t sure how to operate Not enough hot water when 4 people showered Night club below property noisy at weekend until 5am that why a/c was needed because windows could not be opened to keep noise at bay No instructions regarding rubbish etc
