I loved everything, it was amazing!

Location is excellent and the apartment is clean and good distribution. Instructions to get the keys were clear and communication about the property was always fast and good

The room was great to accommodate our family and the kitchen was great and it felt like home again.

It was very handy to have the cafe under the apartment for that first morning cup of coffee and cake before going off to explore. An excellent location for exploring the old part of Girona. Staff were very helpful at the Bravissimo office when collecting the keys and they arranged the taxi from and to the airport which was very handy as one of our party was using a wheelchair. We appreciated that there was a lift up to the apartment, the apartment having two toilets with a supply of toilet rolls, kitchen necessities – dishwasher tablets, washing machine powder, and washing up liquid supplied – this made the experience even better and there is a local Spar for groceries. On our café travels we found 5 cafes where touring cyclists stopped for refreshments – great places to eat at, and there are plenty of other cafes to choose from too. The cathedral and big church were accessible to wheelchair users if you found the right access points. Getting around is much easier for electric wheelchairs compared to manual wheelchairs as there are many slopes to navigate – we took our time. If you get a chance, it is worth walking along the wall around the old part of the town – some magnificent views of the city and the mountains in the distance. Note: you have to be able bodied. Girona is well worth visiting and the Salvador Dali museum in Figueres is a 15 minute high speed train journey. The station to aim for from Girona is Figueres – Vilafant.
