“Large, comfortable, clean, well-equipped apartment in the heart of Girona”

Big apartment, well-located in the heart of the city, air con worked well, very well equipped. Ideal for our short family break in Girona, which we are likely to use as a hub for future trips to the area in order to explore the mountains as well as the coast. Girona is a small and pretty city which has everything, including plenty of dining options for vegetarians, which can be a problem in Spain. The staff at Bravissimo were super helpful, even when we had an emergency not related to our accommodation.

To be improved

The shower was a little underpowered. I would also recommend using the local parking garage rather than the large free public car park nearby at La Copa - our hire car was broken into, in the middle of the day.

“Loved every minute of exploring this amazing city and staying in the heart of the old city!”

There were plenty of cafes near our location, one of which was the Expresso Mafia, where I had the best Matcha Latte and purchased coffee beans for my brother.

To be improved

I had issues accessing the keys, having never used a lock box with a touchscreen. Victor was on hand to help me out and came to the rescue. I would have liked to have seen more coffee/ tea mugs in the kitchen, there was only one and a few espresso cups. I usually buy a mug as a souvenir, but I had to get one quickly as I needed one to use. All other utilities and appliances were working, which was great. The main door to the building was pretty heavy and was a bit fiddly when we tried to lock it.
