“Great location- but steps, water pressure and smell of sewerage a real issue.”

Great location- well equipped-good air con and did not feel crowded for 6. Managing agent arranged our parking at €15 daily which was great for coming in and out by car and nearby (although if nothing on show in your car street parking on Sats and Sundays is free)

To be improved

Stairs to property crazy with shopping (81) and water pressure and smell in showers was awful. Rubbish disposal complicated and having to strip beds despite paying a cleaning fee. Substantial caution/ deposit too.

Location OK on outskirts of Barri Vell. Roomy apartment.

Road noise - bring good earplugs. Although we knew that the apartment didn’t have an elevator it’s up 4 floors . Kitchen sparsely equipped and no basics - coffee, salt pepper etc. For a week stay there wasn’t any real closet space. Problems with sewer smells in both bathrooms, often happens in Spain. Tip, cover the shower drain and close sink plugs.

“Fabulous!”
The best

Great location, 5 mins to centre of town and 5 mins from train station. Lovely apartment with great communal space. Beds very comfy. All very clean and nicely presented.

To be improved

A cleaning pack for dishwashing would be great, including dishwasher tablets The smaller twin room had no curtains or shutters so early morning light was difficult to sleep through. A lot of steps and no lift, not an issue for us but wouldn’t suit everyone.
