The Location, the lift, the extra room for our things, huge wardrobe so you can unpack, super fast air con, the little balcony, very friendly staff that always helps if you have questions or need something

Kitchen: No proper cutting board, no proper knifes Bathroom: smell from the sewer Lounge: Sofa was worn-out/sagging, couldn’t sit too long

Location nice Great couch Lots of storage space in bedroom.

Lift very small and access between lift and front door has very awkward steps. We struggled with getting bicycles and bags up and down. No plug for kitchen basin. Not very well sound insulation between neighbours.

There wasn’t enough extra bedding for all guests. Had asked staff but they only had 1 and we needed 2. So sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Great location, very central in the old town. Lovely apartment, well fitted out. There was no bother collecting the key, we were allowed in early and the staff were excellent. We would definitely stay there again if visiting Girona.
