The apartment was well furnished and comfy

To be improved

Access to both the building and the apartment was via an app. It would take several minutes and multiple times for the outside door to unlock. We met several other tenants with the same problem waiting outside…. There was poor internet access at the apartment door so that took a while as well. Once we were in, and had access to the wifi, there was no issue with the unit door, and there was a key for the interior. Also, the apartment air was thick with air freshener- to the point that we all had a headache and stuffy noses. It took a full day to ‘air out ‘. I complained and was told that there were instructions in the MitHouse app to remedy this. Nope. Only on using the AC

Air Conditioning was the only high. Wifi was fast.

To be improved

I arrived at 2.45pm requested if i could get in early. No response. At 3pm (check in time) the cleaning lady was there....until 3.45pm. The property asked me if the lady was still there, I said yes and given that I was waiting for her to leave to take a bath if I could get more time at checkout...of course, silence. Shower overflows after two mintues.

It’s newly renovated and well equipped

To be improved

It’s on the ground floor near the elevator and very close to the street and you hear sounds all the time and they should do pest control coz a lot of cockroaches are there. No refund of the locked amount until now ( more than 1 month )
