The best

The host was VERY rude on the phone when I called her. She only spoke Spanish ( I speak a fair amount) and told me that so rudely and made no attempt to help us with questions. I would never rent from her again. She was not helpful or accommodating like most hosts are. The key to the door was not functioning properly. We spent soooo much time trying to get the door unlocked, so much that the next door neighbor came out and asked what was happening. The apt. was nice , she was not. I would never rent from her again!

See above. It says it all! The property met our expectations. The hostess absolutely did not!

Nothing. The noise from the neighbours, barking dogs and the traffic even in the middle of the night were terrible!

To be improved

Everything. The noise it was dirty. The dogs and traffic in the middle of the night. Neighbours moving furniture around at midnight. Cheap linen. Will never recommend.
