Our stay was absolutely spectacular! I would 100% do it again, and my friend feels exactly the same! Everything was so well-designed and organized, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. The self check-in made everything super easy and convenient. Being able to store our things for free in the lockers was a huge plus, and having access to a bathroom when we returned was such a thoughtful detail. The room itself was beautifully decorated, and having a balcony made it even more special. The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed. Honestly, every single detail was spot on. Tooooooootally a 10! 🥰

The room was clean, nicely presented. The staff was friendly. They send you updates from whatsapp, which ive found very useful. The air con flow was easy to adjust. I liked that the lobby turns into a bar in the evenings. We were on the 3rd floor and didnt hear any noise from the bar!

To be improved

The fan filter looked nasty.. It must have been months that they have not cleaned it. Just wow. Although we havent heard any noise from the bar, the doors and adjacent walls must be very thin as we heard everything the girls were talking about in the changing room and corridors. Also, wifi barely worked in the room. Not sure it was about the signal but it was very intermittent that we had to buy data.
