The bathroom door was broken and it could not be closed. Only one towel per person in the room, and one packet of washer left and no dryer to dry the towels, we had to leave them in the middle of the room to dry. Keys were an issue, the person who greeted us left 2 sets, but one didn't work. we had to wait over an hour for someone to show up with a horrible heat to get the door open in the middle of the night. 10+ for location -1 for facility. No sofa only 6 chairs, one of which was broken.

The bathroom door was broken and not able to be closed or locked. It was reported on Booking.com website on the 7 April and we arrived on the 20 May but it was not reported to us. I reported it to Minty Stay on the 21 May and they said they sent a technician to look it, but nothing was sorted before we left on the 25th May. We had 4 adults staying so was very difficult not being able to shut or lock the bathroom door. Sent other maintenance issues to Minty Stay on Whatsapp 1. Kitchen sink plug not working. Water keeps draining 2 Adjustable shower head wont stay in position- keeps sliding 3, Shower drain hole cover keeps moving. Very sharp on feet. 4. Pillows past their "use by Date" 5. Only 4 mugs with handles and they are all are either chipped or cracked.

Lack of comfortable seating on the living area

After we change several messages with the company that runs the apartment telling the exact time that we would arrive, we waited an hour to the door be open, in freezing in the street. Then, the guy that showed to open the door, never apologized or gave any reason for the delay. Great reception……..

Wasn’t really clean: dust on the shelves and the floor wasn’t washed.
