Bright and quiet apartment with ocean view

This apartment I would not recommend for someone with any disabilities, I’ve recently recovering from fracture so the stairs up to apartment is ridiculous no lift, the residents move your mobility scooter everyday. When you pay to go on holiday and stay in apartment and pa for a month stay you would expect more than two towels, and only one set of sheets, plus a tv that was not working and was unable to use iPad to connect to tv with cable as tv was too old to use cable. The owner should check everything is working before the client arrives, so we had no tv and various lights not working and couldn’t lock back door easily. It’s needs updating and a good clean. I’ve stayed in various apartments in Tenerife for many years this was night good experience. I approached company to cancel last week but was not given permission to do so. However, the lady is very responsive to questions but did not resolve the problems to make our stay enjoyable. The lady offered to buy cable for tv but would not work anyway, getting a Netflix account for clients is a good option if sometimes you want to relax for an evening.

The terrace needed a shadow and the terrace chairs where not to use as no pillows and one was broken.
