The apartment is well located (grocery shopping, town, los Gigantes) and well equipped. The host is very friendly and accomodating, communication went smoothly. Price-performance ratio is great!

The apartment is clean and fully equipped. Beds are comfortable. Nice and cozy balcony. It was very good to have a place for the car in the garage. Close to supermarket. Easy communication with the owner, warm welcome.

To be improved

The noise from the upper neighbors and the elevator. You must get on steep hill going home from the beach. The communication with the agency was a little complicated, but when I got in touch directly with the owner, everything went perfect.
