Bright beachfront apartment

Check in was very poor. No key was provided for door to apartment block. Had to call host, who got back to me and said," that cleaner took it", washing machine did not work, etc.

The washing machine broke and I wasted a couple of hours to retrieve my clothes that were stuck inside the washing machine. I informed the host about the issue. Apart from that, the apartment was excellent and we had a great time. it helps massively that the apartment is beachfront. Great option for going with kids.

cleanless was poor...we considered the apartment uncleaned (mainly the details - grooves on the windows, corners of the room, dirty curtains and pillows from the sofa that really need washing!, torn curtain, the walls also need to paiint again and so on...). And also the first moment - the front door of the apartment really need to change. There was really strange locking them, which was like on a garage :-/ Also the kitchen equipment was poor (there wasn´t any vine glass for example). And also lack of hot water for showering for two people, not even for four people as we were (the second person had the cold water in shower). Sorry, we travel a lot, but on the photo it looks good, but you also need to care about it really more. The keys were in the box on the apartment door, but the front door on the building was closed and locked up anw no way to get the keys, which were inside the building on the door on the 6th floor...Fortunately, somebody came in and opened for us. Then the keys from apartment were on its door, so then it was ok the next days.
