Proximity to train stations and centre city, quiet neighborhood

Terrible isolation from the building’s plumbing line that runs from other apartments through the loft. It sounded like the neighbor’s shower, sink and toilet water were going to come through the ceiling/wall of the loft area. No way of blocking street light from coming in the large downstairs window.

The location is central, easily reachable by the train from the airport. The apartament is spacious.

To be improved

The apartament was not necessarily the cleanest and there were cockroaches (also one that seemed to have been lying there for some time that we noticed upon our arrival). Also I agreed with the rental company that somebody would meet me at the apartament to give me the keys, but I was waiting to no avail. Only after I called them, they instructed me on how to get the keys from the box. Otherwise nobody cared to inform me that they would not meet me.

Location was great. Facilities in the apartment were good. Layout of the property was good and ideal for two friends or a couple

The heating unit is on the ceiling, so as heat rises the bottom of the flat remains a lot colder.

Excellent location, spacious apartment, dishwasher, washing machine.

Excellent kitchen facilities but no amenities, e.g. no coffee pods or free water bottles. Bathroom design not optimal, toilet in a narrow corner.
