“The stairs and neighbours put me off staying again”

Bed mattress was cheep, dirty duvet with no cover, very dusty underneath . The shower tray kept over filling where outlet was blocking. Advertised a coffee machine that didn’t work due to missing parts. Children upstairs running around above our heads, had to complain twice. 54 flights of stairs to front door with no lift.

“Don't book this property.”

The property was quite dirty. On the third floor with a steep stairs. TV and cooker wasn't working when we arrived. Beds and sheets were very dirty. We stayed there 10 mins and left the place because it wasn't a suitable and hygienic for a family with a baby. I requested a refund but owners didn't care. A total frustration.

“Big apartment and the location was good”

The best

The apartment was big, everything we needed in the kitchen. Nice sun room for drying the washing. The bed was small, only a double but quite comfortable. The bathroom was small, too, but OK to move around in. The location was good, only a 15 min walk to the center. There was a supermarket just round the corner.

To be improved

The bed was small. The TV didn't go. The shower water overflowed out of the shower as the drain was blocked. It was really noisy when the people upstairs were moving around.

The best

The apartment is bright, clean and fully equipted. Very comfortable and spacious. Host is super-super kind and can help is everything you need. Location is very good, close enough to parks, playgrounds and also to the center.
