“Great location”

The best

The location is great, right in the center of the city, closed to the metro station and easy to acces everything. The lady who waited for us and took care of us is super nice and friendly and she tried to fix the things that didnt work for us. Its a big flat and the 2 bathrooms make the difference. The kitchen is functional if you want to cook and has pretty much everything you need. Its clean and they let us check in earlier and we payed the cleaning team for this so we were able to get into the flat when we arrived.

To be improved

The beds are very short and narrow that was impossible to sleep in 2. The couch felt apart while our kid was sleeping. Its terrible noice in the living room if someone is sleeping there. If we had shower in the same time in the 2 bathrooms the water had no more presure so one of was had to stop. The first day the heating central didnt work and was terrible cold inside even if i asked why is so cold when we got to the flat and we were told that in 30 minutes will be very hot. It lasted for hours and everybody was freezing (it was a cold weekend with rain and low temperatures).

“Fantastic location, nice facility, super nice people!”

The best

The location is absolutely superb. Walking distance to everything. I also really liked that the bedrooms are both towards the back (the interior) of the building so even though there’s lots of nightlife and stuff going on outside the living room windows, once you go into your bedroom you don’t hear anything. Plenty of light, and nice bathrooms.

To be improved

The kitchen could use some help, there were a few broken things, and just less than stellar. Also, we had a mouse. It was very cute, and kind of ran back-and-forth from the living room into as it turns out my bathroom, but it didn’t cause us any problems and we just let it do its thing. But, they should probably do something about that.
