Brilliant Veril del Duque with Heated Pool

The location is top notch, the pool was excellent the room was excellent the whole apartment was excellent

Hi well where do i start!! We had the worst holiday ever The apartment is an absolute shambles. Beds like sleeping on doors bedding was awful, snot bogies on the walls are dirty, table on the balcony dirty food crumbs in the slats the Louver shutters filthy. Kitchen windows are disgusting I’ve taken photos and will be make a full complaint into getting my money back. We had a cockroaches infestation in the apartment not one or two but dozens 😡 People came in and sprayed didn’t even remove the tissue where i had tried to block them from coming out under the bath and toilet again left windows open but we still couldn’t go back inside it was so strong One our party is 22 weeks pregnant and no way was she able to go back in you couldn’t breath for the smell. I have never stayed in such an awful place in my life needs to be refurbished. Lucky for us all i have family in Tenerife so we ended up staying are hers but this doesn’t excuse that this totally ruined our holiday that we had saved hard for there is absolutely nothing Brilliant about this place. I have taken photos and videos as proof. We returned to the apartment two days after spraying to check a was a live cockroach in a drinking glass in the kitchen cupboard I took a video of it and another on the side of the bath. I would love to hear your thoughts on this please.. I know you do get cockroaches in hot countries but not this amount inside.. if I don’t get any response and some sort of refund then I will most definitely be put this on social media Tenerife pages along with photos I have so many photos it won’t let me add this is just for example

Really nice modern property, spacious and clean. The view was amazing and the heated pool was a big plus. Really good location - short walk to the El Duque Beach and restaurants. Free parking.

Lovely, big bathrooms and the master bedroom was great, with its adjoining dressing room and ensuite. The balcony was a good size with views of the sea. No view of the pool (I thought it did, going by the photos, but it didn't really matter) We were very appreciative of the awnings in the afternoon sun! Beautiful big pool that was heated. Excellent location in a quiet area which felt very safe, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We appreciated the bottle of wine on our arrival. The management company were very quick to respond to any questions we had.

The apartment is in a great location, very convenient for exploring the area. It’s spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The layout is practical, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming.
