“We stayed here for a few nights in July and overall, the experience matched what was shown in the pictures. The apartment had a beautiful view of the sea, and one evening we were lucky enough to catch a stunning sunset right from the property. We had everything we needed during our stay, and the mattress was especially comfortable – something I deeply appreciated. · Cons: However, what really affected my experience was the lack of smooth communication with the host. It was quite difficult to get in touch or receive timely responses. Thankfully, the Holidu Team was very helpful and replied immediately whenever we had questions – they were a great support. Still, the impression I got was that the host wasn’t very welcoming, simply due to the poor communication. For me, communication is just as important as cleanliness or facilities. It’s part of feeling genuinely welcomed, especially as someone who has travelled quite a lot and knows what good hospitality feels like. I would definitely recommend improving this aspect for future guests.”
