“Very good”
The best

Great views of the sea, and a little of the beach and city. Newly renovated and comfortable. 3 AC units, in both bedrooms and the living room. Quiet city with lots of space on the beach.

To be improved

Fairly small and slow elevators. Awning does not come out if it's windy. Glas on the balcony is great to keep the doves out, but it's a little tedious to open and close.
