“Great place if you don`t have high requirments for amenities”

Close to the sea, supermarket, center. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Responsive host. Nice video manual how to find parking/apartment. 2 air conditioners. Beach chairs and loungers. It was no kettle in the apartment. Soap was like a water with soap. Towels were not fresh. But after messaging with the host we got new kettle, soap and fresh towels on next morning. Host also propose cleaning service on next day morning, but we refused for not spend our time for it and cleaned kitchen ourself.

To be improved

Fridge and kitchen were mad. The mattresses were too hard - not comfortable to sleep. Very old repair and corresponding smell. Condensate from air conditioners flows into a bucket on the balcony. It must be drained manually 1-2 times in a day. Small shower cabin. Really small. After heavy rain, we got a flood from the kitchen ventilation above the stove.

“Nice apartment with wonderful views”

Stunning views from balcony and windows. Well equipped kitchen and other rooms. In apartment you can find everything you need. Perfect location and great town Oropesa. Apartment is very close to the 2 sandy beaches.

To be improved

Apartment in winter evenings a little bit cold, but there is an air conditioning with warm air.

“Great value for money! I would definitely return to this place.”

The best

The view is amazing and it was the main selling point for us once we saw the photos. We spent so much time just sitting on terraza and watching the sea even in November. We loved that we had great views (to the sea/to the mountains) from every room of the unit. The apartment is spacious. It is great for a family or group of friends. We liked the location as well. It is conveniently located between two main beaches. Good bonus is a parking on the premises. Another pleasant surprise was the team that manages apartment. They were very responsive and helpful. When the microwave broke, they brought a new one on the next day without us explicitly asking for it.

To be improved

The apartment is quite old, the furniture is worn out. It was not an issue for us at all as the apartment is as on the photos and we didn’t expect renovated unit. It is great value for money. but it is a fair warning for picky tourists:)

“Overall a great holiday.”

Loved the location the views and the big spacious apartment. The beach is very close, parking is available and there are plenty of shops just around the corner. Overall we had a great stay. Excellent communication from the agency managing the rental.

To be improved

There is no aircon and it was quite hot for few nights. If you are not used with hot climate (25+ Celsius overnight ) you may be uncomfortable. Solution - sleep on the beach. ;).
