we booked the apartment for a family reunion in celebration of an important 60th anniversary. the booking confirmation clearly stated that we booked four beds: two single beds and two double beds. upon arrival there were only two (!) beds in total. we contacted the hosts several times about this issue, explaining that our group needed the four booked and confirmed beds as group members (not couples, mixed gender) could not be expected to share beds together. the hosts did not take any responsibility for their failure to honor our reservation with four beds (see attached picture) and instead blamed Booking the whole time. no apology was given and no solution was offered by the hosts, instead the hosts claimed it was an "error" of the booking platform. instead of providing assistance and resolving this huge mess, the hosts simply repeated the same phrase: "talk to booking" - later on the hosts even tried to extort more money than the reservation price to let us sleep in the reserved beds. when customer support was involved by us and the hosts were contacted by the company, the hosts finally apologized and promised to change the incorrect listing. to this very day this has not happened, the claim of four available beds is still on the page. group members had to sleep on the floor/sofa - our review is very negative due to the unacceptable attitude and behavior of the hosts

Bits of the furniture could be updated, but it is obvious that the owner is working on this bit by bit.

There is a new fire alarm right in top of the cooker,so it can go off at any minute if the windows are not open, so if you are preparing meals or boiling water even for tea, take this into consideration, but the staff were very helpful when this happened, and I hope they move the alarm further away from kitchen . But the intention was good so this is not a negative comment,just an advice
