The best

Absolutely beautiful apartment and staff were wonderful. I couldn't fault the place. It is extremely safe and private for families and even solo travellers. The garden is gorgeous day and night and the pool is only right up the steps and is not busy in comparison to a hotel pool. The locals are all very nice. It was my first time to tenerife with my son and it definitely won't be my last. Thank you all again so much it was a wonderful holiday and the staff made if even better.

The best

Charming alternative to a hotel. Spotlessly clean with all home essentials (including. bedroom AirCon/large TV) & thoughtful touches with a bottle of Cava on arrival & cold drinks. Pre & post arrival communication from host Adrian was exceptional. Easy to park & glad we had a car as location requires it, although some shops & restaurants are within walking distance.

To be improved

The nice large pool needs umbrellas - there were none on our visit.

- Area to live is pretty ok, but you need a car - Apartment simple but good equipped. On the windows also with roller blinds - terrasse/garden nice - Host was pretty supportive via WhatsApp. 1 bottle cava for free.

To be improved

- No A/C. Wouldnt stay there from April to October because it is way too hot. - Mattress is worn out and too soft. No support - Booking says the Apartment has 100m2. Its more 50, maybe 55m2. Maybe with terrass its somewhere near 100m2 - Kids next door loud. Area itself is calm

Quiet neighborhood and easy parking on the street. Great patio outside with real plants

To be improved

Missing a few basic welcoming instructions like descriptions for the keys, opening hours for the swimming pool, restaurants in the area, etc... Missing a kettle and beside lamps
