The air conditioner provided was insufficient for the size of the apartment. We had to close most doors to cool a couple of rooms to a reasonable temperature, which left the other rooms excessively hot. Additionally, the condenser pipe overflowed into a bottle on the balcony and required constant emptying. The balcony was consistently covered in sap from nearby trees, and the view was quite limited due to their presence. The outdoor dining chairs were made of weak, worn wood and were unstable. Furthermore, there were old-style electric sockets that did not accommodate travel adapters (U.K.) in many locations.

“Great location in the centre of the Port”

The best

Fabulous location in the centre of Porto de Pollença- able to walk straight out onto the beach! Well stocked in terms of cutlery etc.

The best

Beautiful spacious apartment with a big balcony over looking the beach, with views of the harbour and bay of Pollensa. Everything needed to make our holiday as easy as possible was supplied, from washing machine and clothes line in a separate utility room (with plenty of space to store beach items) to a full oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Iron and full ironing board also supplied. Grocery, beach and restaurants all within meters of the door.
