“Anonymous apartment in the old Jewish Quarter”
The best

The apartment is located in the old Jewish Quarter of the town. Refurbished old building, apartment is located in the upper floor and faces a narrow street without car traffic. Old building complex with two entrances from different streets and two patios. Would be nice to learn more about the history of the building.

To be improved

There is no face-to-face contact with administration staff. They did not ask for an ID on arrival which raises the question whether they legally obligatory registration was performed. I requested an invoice; sent reminders - and now, ten days later, I still haven´t got one. Washing machine and dishwasher need a cleaning. I met a cockroach in the kitchen, but that was somewhat expectable in an old quarter whose history traces back hundreds of years, but open food left-overs and open sugar in the kitchen cupboard might not be a good idea. To sum up, questionable value for money.

The best

No breakfast included; self-catering but cupboard staples were in the kitchen if we wanted to cook. Excellent instructions for access and recommendations on what touristic things to do in the area Great selection of nearby bars, cafes, restaurants of differing prices for every pocket.

To be improved

Less able guests need to know the apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no lift but this is in the information

The best

Everything was made very easy, lots of information on hand of how to enter the property and the property itself. Places to eat, local information. The apartment was beautiful, authentic, quiet, well equip and so very comfortable. Great location in the centre of Toledo. Loved our stay here, highly recommended :)
