“clean, amazing staff and position”

the staff was amazing, very nice, friendly, always ready to help and also patient (we were late for check out) the kitchen was clean and tidy, it has what you need to cook and made us save a lot of money the bathroom also was very clean the room was okay, we could not expect more than that, we could comfortably let our cabin luggages open on the floor and leave some stuff on the shelves, the little desk or the bed side table we also had a fan but never used it the position is really good: we were able to vist the city by foot and not spend any money on trasportation

the elevator is not very comfortable because it's small and old but to do only 2 floors it isn't necessary

“Perfect location · Cons: Too expensive for the offered service, it doesn't worth 100 € per night. No hot water, no air conditioning, only noisy ventilator. Difficult to access someone from the staff and not all of them speak English”
